This is a ECWCS (Extended Cold Weather Clothing System) Parka in Woodland Camouflage.
The contractor for this parka was Alpha Industries
This Parka is a size Medium Regular
-Height:  From 67" - 71"
-Chest:  From 37" - 41"
Features of this Parka:
-Cobra Hood (which fits over a combat helmet) with woven nylon drawstring adjustable pulls
-Non-freezing, double-pull zipper with storm flap and 7 snap closure
-flap covered pocket on left sleeve with Velcro closure
-adjustable Velcro wrist cuffs
-armpit ventilation zippers
-double reinforced elbows
-badge/insignia tab with snap is located on storm flap
-2 slash cargo pockets on lower front with flaps and Velcro and snap closures
-inside draft skirt with elastic drawcords and barrel locks at the waist
-2 concealed map pockets at front zipper with Velcro closures that can be opened without unzipping parka
